We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and helping clients achieve life-changing results.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and growing with a fast-paced, luxury medical spa.
What You'll Do
- Perform Botox and dermal filler treatments safely and confidently.
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on each client's goals.
- Perform advanced treatments including:
- Botox
- Dermal Fillers
- RF Microneedling
- HIFU Skin Tightening
- IPL Photofacials
- Laser treatments (preferred)
- Educate patients before and after treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Deliver a five-star patient experience from consultation through follow-up.
Sales & Patient Consultation
This is a patient-focused, sales-oriented position.
Our nurses are trusted aesthetic consultants—not simply treatment providers. A successful injector understands how to educate patients, recommend appropriate treatment plans, and confidently present package options that help clients achieve the best long-term results.
You should enjoy:
- Building trust and long-term relationships with patients.
- Educating clients about available treatment options.
- Recommending treatment plans based on clinical needs.
- Helping patients commit to comprehensive treatment plans.
- Meeting individual production and sales goals while always maintaining ethical patient care.
If you are uncomfortable discussing treatment plans, recommending services, or closing consultations, this position may not be the right fit.
Qualifications
- Active California RN license.
- Experience with Botox and dermal fillers required.
- Knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic medicine.
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Excellent injection technique with natural-looking results.
- Sales or aesthetic consultation experience is highly preferred.
- Positive attitude and luxury customer service mindset.
- Weekend availability preferred.
