Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate retail or banking solutions
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Support loan processing activities by collecting necessary documentation and verifying information
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of retail math, basic math, and financial software to ensure precise calculations and recordkeeping
- Handle inquiries about products, services, or account details with professionalism and clarity
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential
- Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing proficiency
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Ability to perform basic loan processing tasks and handle cash accurately
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
