Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our customer base across designated territories. Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies within assigned territories
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales effectiveness
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals that benefit both the client and the company
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the market
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably within technology or industrial sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing territory sales, lead generation, and account management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and handle technical sales discussions
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive approach to cold calling and direct sales is essential
