Our Job Description….
This role designs and executes test strategies across the D365 modules to validate configurations, customizations, integrations, and workflows meet business requirements
Responsibilities;
-Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, F&O, or Business Central)
-Test customizations including plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, custom entities, and business rules
-Validate data migrations, integrations, and third-party connections (Azure, Power Platform, APIs)
-Perform functional, regression, UAT support, and integration testing across D365 environments
-Identify, log, and track defects through resolution (Azure DevOps, Jira)
-Validate security roles, business process flows, and form/view configurations
-Support release management and change control processes across D365 environments
-Conduct data validation and SQL-based checks against the D365 database/Dataverse
-Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint testing cycles
-Document test results and quality metrics for stakeholders
Required Qualifications;
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-3+ years of QA/testing experience, with 1–2+ years specific to Dynamics 365
-Experience with solution deployment and environment management in D365 (managed/unmanaged solutions)
-Proficiency with SQL for data validation
-Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, TestRail, Jira)
-Understanding of D365 security roles, business units, and permissions structure
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
-Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or related certification
-Experience with automated testing tools for D365 (Easy Repro, RSAT - Regression Suite Automation Tool)
-CI/CD experience within Azure DevOps pipelines for D365 deployments
-Industry-specific D365 implementation experience (manufacturing preferably)
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
