Saint John 23rd Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Midnight Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to create a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff. This position is critical to maintaining the health and safety of our residents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff, including LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring proper care is delivered to residents.
- Conduct assessments of residents' physical, mental, and emotional needs, and develop and update care plans accordingly.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate care between departments and ensure effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
- Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as required.
- Monitor quality of care, and initiate corrective actions when needed to improve resident outcomes.
- Manage and document any incidents, concerns, or changes in resident conditions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing care procedures, medication management, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a strong commitment to resident-centered care.
- Ability to mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
