E. Cooke Plumbing & Heating is looking for a Lead Plumbing & Heating Technician to join our team.

Lead responsibilities:
- Help lead/develop/support our crew
- Train/provide feedback all around (within the team and the company-we value perspective from everyone on the team, including our lead)
- Ensure deadlines are on track, help initiate and execute solutions when variables arise
- Monitor and verify the work for completion and accuracy (documentation is accurate in our system as well as the physical work on site)
- Communicate with contractors, inspectors, our office
- Think critically on your feet, when you see a need help lead the team to the best possible outcome
- Customer focused, people focused and has a strong attention to detail
