We're hiring a full-time Center Director to run our Butler center: lead the team, take care of families, and turn interested parents into enrolled students. This is a leadership role built on two things, real connection with kids and the ability to guide a parent to a confident yes. If both of those energize you, read on.
What you'll own
- Convert prospective families into enrollments through in-person consultations. This is the core of the role and how your success is measured.
- Lead and coach a team of math instructors.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with students and families that drive retention and referrals.
- Own your center's numbers: enrollment, retention, conversion, and revenue.
- Manage learning plans, scheduling, rewards, CRM follow-up, and classroom flow.
- Meet sales and marketing goals with support from ownership.
What you need
- Real experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, camp leadership, or similar). Parents trust someone who clearly understands kids, so this is required.
- A track record of persuading, motivating, or guiding people to take action. Sales, marketing, enrollment, recruitment, fundraising, or program sign-ups all count.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, and comfort leading tough parent conversations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and steady in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability weekday afternoons and evenings (12 to 7:30 PM) and Saturdays.
