Job Summary
We are seeking an Opening person (5:30 am start time for 2-3 days a week, Tues, Sunday, plus) for our bagel shop. We are looking for a friendly face to greet and provide exceptional customer service and support in a laid back, but bizzy/fast-paced environment. It's breakfast!!
Opening Responsibilies
- Brew coffee and set up coffee station
- Set up cream cheese and spread section, with toaster.
- Help prepare, organize and label display case.
- Set up and ensure a clean and organized dining area.
- Open the store and ensure additional staff are ready to participate.
- Provide customer service in all the areas of our retail store.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
