Concierge Home Manager

Low Country Home Management is seeking dependable, polished, service-minded individuals to join our team as Concierge Home Assistants. This is a startup company with a part time positions available that will develop into full time if desired. Shifts will be requested by clients and will vary in length.
We provide on-demand home management and personal assistance services designed to make our clients' lives easier. Our assistants help with everything from errands and household organization to laundry, returns, appointment coordination, and preparing homes for guests.
This is not a housekeeping position. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others, anticipate needs, pay attention to details, and can provide the concierge level of service expected in a luxury environment.
What You'll Do
Depending on the client's needs, assignments may include:
- Running errands, shopping and completing returns
- Grocery and household supply shopping
- Laundry, folding, ironing and putting items away
- Closet, pantry, playroom and household organization
- Light household tidying and resets
- Preparing homes for guests and dinner parties
- Packing and unpacking for travel
- Dry-cleaning pickup and drop-off
- Taking client vehicles for scheduled service
- Waiting for deliveries, vendors or service appointments
- Shipping packages and completing post-office runs
- Gift shopping and wrapping
- Completing miscellaneous household and personal-assistance tasks
- Providing thoughtful, discreet and professional service inside clients' homes
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Have concierge, hospitality, personal-assistant or customer-service experience
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Wear the provided Low Country Home Management uniform while working
- Be comfortable driving throughout the Savannah area
- Be comfortable entering and working independently in clients' homes
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be highly dependable and punctual
- Be organized and able to follow detailed instructions
- Be comfortable using a smartphone/app for scheduling, assignments and communication
- Be able to maintain strict client privacy and confidentiality and sign NDA
- Be comfortable performing a variety of tasks — no two days will necessarily look the same
The Person We're Looking For
Our ideal assistant is the person who notices what needs to be done without having to be asked twice.
You're friendly without being intrusive, professional without being stuffy, and comfortable working with clients who expect excellent service.
You understand that entering someone's home requires trust, discretion and respect. You take pride in doing things correctly, communicating clearly and leaving things better than you found them.
Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, private clubs, concierge services, property management, executive/personal assistance or high-end customer service is especially valuable.
Schedule
This is a flexible position with assignments scheduled based on client demand. Availability during weekdays is especially important, with occasional evening or weekend assignments depending on client needs, but not required.
