- Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to understand their payroll processing requirements and present customized solutions.
- Demonstrate the value of our payroll products through compelling presentations, product demos, and technical explanations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit.
- Manage and nurture client accounts post-sale, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Meet or exceed sales goals consistently by employing enterprise selling techniques within a corporate sales environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in payroll and HR software solutions.
Skills
- Proven success in B2B sales with a focus on software or technology products, especially payroll or HR solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals efficiently.
- Business development experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills for client relationship management and effective client communication.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management platforms.
- Technical sales experience with a deep understanding of payroll software, management systems, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in managing customer accounts while fostering long-term partnerships.
- Skilled in sales negotiation, deal closing, and analysis to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Experience in marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand positioning within a competitive market landscape.
- Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence in outreach efforts.
