Responsibilities
● Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons for middle school students (Grades 6–8)
● Teach core subjects (Math, English Language Arts, Science, or Social Studies depending on assignment)
● Manage classroom behavior and maintain a structured learning environment
● Track student progress and maintain grades, attendance, and records
● Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
● Support student academic and personal development
● Collaborate with administration and fellow teachers
● Follow school curriculum guidelines and instructional expectations

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred
● Experience teaching middle school students preferred
● Strong classroom management skills
● Ability to engage and motivate early adolescent learners
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Georgia teaching certification preferred but not required
