Duties
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing with company provided leads.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and ongoing support
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track client interactions and policy details
- Educate clients on insurance regulations, benefits administration, HIPAA compliance, and coverage options for health, medicare and life insurance
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or related financial services.
- Phone skills and experience in telemarketing strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance products such as health insurance, life insurance, medicare insurance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications for sales tracking and client management
- Knowledge of insurance regulation standards including HIPAA compliance and benefits administration processes
- Sales administration experience that highlights organization skills and attention to detail
- Analysis skills that enable effective client needs assessment and tailored product recommendations
Job is a base pay of $40k per year plus commission. You must be willing to get your life and health license.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
