- Perform make-ready tasks on vacant apartments, including painting, cleaning, and general repairs.
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs and improvements prior to resident move-ins.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of all make-ready projects.
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a tidy work environment.
-Clean designated area on property of trash and debris every morning.
-Assist in delivery of resident letters when it is your turn to do so.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
