SERVICE COORDINATOR
Utility Truck Equipment, Inc. specializes in the sale and service of aerial devices, digger derricks, cranes, telecom, and specialty equipment. We are the leading equipment and service provider for the electric utility, telecommunications, tree care, lights and signs, and contractor markets, supporting customers in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Our Service Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our service facility.
In this role you will...
- Assist the service manager, warranty manager and service technicians as needed.
- Promptly answer all phone calls, directing them to the correct person.
- Schedule all incoming service appointments.
- Enter work orders, update work orders as needed.
- Create estimates as needed for repairs communicate estimates with customers.
- Prepare work orders for invoicing, which may include, adding parts, additional labor etc.
- Maintain timecards for each service technician daily.
- Maintain service calendar, service spreadsheet for Management.
- Write lease agreements, prepare all paperwork for initial lease to begin.
- Invoice all rental agreements for UTE lease fleet.
- Strong attention to detail, focus, and acuity.
- Clear and consistent communication skills.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality.
- Advanced computer knowledge required.
- Proficient in Excel, Teams and Word.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
