Position Overview
As a Lawn Care Technician, you will work on residential properties performing mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn maintenance. You’ll be responsible for maintaining Elite Cuts’ high standards, operating equipment safely, and ensuring each property looks sharp and professional.
This role is perfect for someone with lawn care experience who is looking to master their skills and rise through the ranks.
What You’ll Do
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup services
- Operate walk-behind and zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently
- Maintain equipment (cleaning, sharpening, fueling, basic troubleshooting)
- Inspect properties and report issues such as thinning areas, weeds, debris, or damage
- Follow service routes and complete work consistently and on-time
- Engage in friendly, respectful customer interactions when onsite
- Assist with seasonal tasks (spring and fall cleanups, mulching, snow removal, etc.)

What We’re Looking For
- Previous lawn care and equipment experience (preferred)
- Ability to safely operate lawn equipment
- Strong attention to detail and property appearance
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Good communication skills and positive attitude

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
