Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Restoration Field Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, or mold-related incidents, demonstrating emergency response readiness at all times
- Perform water damage restoration, flood cleanup, fire restoration, and mold remediation with precision and care
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly to transport tools and equipment to job sites
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection to maintain safety during all operations
- Conduct cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation following industry standards
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction experience to perform repairs and restorations effectively
- Follow strict safety protocols during all phases of work to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Document job progress accurately using industry-standard documentation methods
- Communicate professionally with clients to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process
Experience
- Previous experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and flood cleanup techniques is essential
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and company vehicles safely
- Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection standards
- Ability to work on-call for emergency response situations outside regular hours as needed
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards helping clients during stressful situations
