Job Summary:
We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey. As a DSP, you will be responsible for providing direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), community integration and companionship, behavioral support and mentorship, medication administration, and transportation to community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist with community integration and companionship
Provide behavioral support and mentorship
Administer medications as needed
Transport individuals to community activities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
At least 18 years of age
CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)
Ability to pass background checks and required DDD clearances
Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record
Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is strongly preferred
