Spirits Texas is an independent agency specializing in the spirits industry across Texas. We partner with premium beverage brands to execute retail activations, educate consumers, and support sales growth through professional in-store tasting programs.
We are currently hiring Spirits Tasting Representatives to represent an award-winning ultra-premium tequila portfolio at retail tastings throughout Texas.

You'll represent an award-winning, ultra-premium tequila with a unique story and a commitment to exceptional quality. Founded, farmed, distilled, and led by women, the brand is redefining luxury tequila through craftsmanship, authenticity, and an unforgettable tasting experience.
Position Overview
As a Spirits Tasting Representative, you will conduct tastings in both independent liquor stores and major retail chains throughout Texas. Your role is to create an engaging customer experience by introducing consumers to the product, sharing the brand story, answering questions, and encouraging purchases.
Most tastings are scheduled Thursday through Saturday and typically last 3-hour shifts.

We are actively hiring in:
- Dallas–Fort Worth
- Houston
- Austin
- San Antonio
- Additional Texas markets as opportunities become available
Compensation & Schedule
- $35 per hour
- Most events are 3-hour shifts
- Primarily Thursday–Saturday, with occasional weekday opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Opportunities for recurring monthly events
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in-store tastings and educate consumers about the product
- Share the brand's story, production process, and tasting notes
- Create a welcoming, memorable experience that encourages product purchases
- Set up and break down tasting displays
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at every event
- Submit a brief event recap following each tasting
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Current TABC Seller/Server Certification required
- Reliable transportation to travel to tasting locations within your assigned market
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with consumers
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, wine & spirits, customer service, or promotional marketing is preferred but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
