Agribusiness Management Trainee
We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Agribusiness Manager Trainee at our Garnett, Kansas Facility.
Responsibilities of the job include:
· Assist with all functions of the facility to ensure a safe and productive work environment
· Work with facility management to learn all operational areas of the business
· Assist with driving continuous improvement in all areas of the operation
· Promote sales growth through all facets of the business
· Provide customer service support to both internal and external customers.
· Work closely with company management toward achievement of strategic goals
Qualified applicants will possess the following:
· A strong agricultural background, with prior experience in grain elevator operations and agronomy operations preferred
· A solid understanding of agronomy services sought by producers in our service region
· A strong work ethic and positive team-work attitude
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office products
· Experience with general business system accounting software
· Excellent communication skills

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
