Red Rock Home Pharmacy is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Springville, UT location.

Answer inbound and place outbound calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.

Assist patients, caregivers, healthcare facilities, and providers with prescription inquiries, refill requests, order status, and general pharmacy questions.

Accurately collect and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and prescription details.

Coordinate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, prescribers, and healthcare facilities to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.

Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain complete records within the pharmacy management system.

Resolve customer concerns by researching issues and providing prompt, accurate, and compassionate solutions.

Process prescription refill requests and route clinical questions to the pharmacist when appropriate.

Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect the confidentiality of patient health information.

Meet established performance standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while delivering exceptional service.

Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned to support daily pharmacy operations.
