Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Bistro Server with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is fast, friendly, patient with customers, listens attentively, and responds to requests or issues in a courteous and professional manner and confident in delivering excellent service in a busy dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive service to all guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver meals and drinks efficiently
- Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced setting
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Work closely with kitchen and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience (bistro or restaurant preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian Food
- Food handler service certification
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
