Duties
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and special occasion updos with precision and flair
- Utilize salon software such as MANGOMINT to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operations
- Apply hair coloring techniques based on color theory to achieve desired looks while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, communicate styling options effectively, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques like straight razor shaves or advanced styling methods
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to sanitation protocols and store management policies at all times
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry
- Proficiency in hair styling, coloring, hair extensions , hair cuts, and client communication skills
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and foster repeat business
- Experience in store management or team mentoring is advantageous but not required
- Ability to stay current with industry trends in hair care, styling techniques, and product innovations

Pay: $600.00 - $2,500.00 per week
