Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the organization’s recruiting strategy and oversees the full talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with leadership to align hiring efforts with business goals and workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, including recruiters and sourcing specialists
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes across departments
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans
- Establish and monitor recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Optimize sourcing strategies, tools, and recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM systems)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding
- Manage vendor relationships (staffing agencies, job boards, background check providers)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives
- Train and mentor recruiting staff and hiring managers on best practices
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and efficiencies
Work Environment
- Office-based with potential for hybrid/remote flexibility (depending on company policy).
- May require occasional extended hours if needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- 2–3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
- Experience leading large-scale or high-volume recruitment efforts
