Identity & Access Management (IAM) is responsible for ensuring that system access is maintained in accordance with company policy, provide support for all access management control activities across all application systems and ensuring access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege.
The Information Security Lead is a proven hands on problem and process solver, as well as, an effective internal consultant, who will regularly advise others on access and security/risk related issues. S/he must possess competencies in a number of related disciplines, including security, risk, access control, overseeing day to day provisioning operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling of day to day provisioning operations including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, queue management and customer service needs.
- Engage and interact with other HRC and other IT departments to ensure future efforts (ours and theirs) result in continued uninterrupted delivery of all IAM services.
- Review current documentation such as Procedures, run books, and Knowledge Base Articles used by the Service Desk. Review and/or establish Best Practices where applicable.
- Provide support with respect to requirements gathering, project management and delivery of one or more Identity platforms, such as ARS and Okta.
- Extensive understanding of IAM concepts such as user lifecycle management, IAM tools and training in all applicable team processes.
- Serve as the central point of contact for information security on IAM policy and process related issues.
- Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
- Other duties, as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an operations and support environment
- Access/Account/System troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with the following:
- Active Directory account creation/modification
- Exchange Mailbox creation/modification
- Good understanding of the features and functions of Outlook
- Good understanding of application testing methodology and execution
- Working knowledge of user support requirements
- Thorough planning and analysis skills
- Thorough documentation skills
- Preferred:
- Experience working and providing technical support with Okta, AD, Active Roles or comparable Identity Management Platform
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management or a related field
- BA/BS in computer science/related field or equivalent experience

The target salary range for this role is:
$140,000 - $180,000 if located in California
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
