Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is a client experience and revenue-support role where your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to identify opportunities directly impact company growth.
No automotive experience is required — we will train the right personality. If you are coachable, competitive, team-oriented, and looking for long-term career growth, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, luxury environment
- Educate clients on PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services
- Recommend premium packages, add-ons, and bundled solutions
- Provide accurate estimates and process invoices
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and documentation
- Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up with cold leads and past clients
- Coordinate scheduling with the service team for drop-offs and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
- Assist with vehicle photos and social media content (a plus)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone
- Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude
- 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred (retail or luxury experience is a plus)
- Passion for high-end vehicles or luxury products is a bonus
