What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles, diesel trucks, and other makes
- Perform repairs on gas and diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability issues
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty and diesel truck systems when applicable
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Utilize advanced scan tools and service equipment
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair timelines and recommendations
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience as an Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, or Heavy-Duty Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Ford experience preferred but not required
- ASE Certifications or diesel certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to consistently produce flat-rate hours
