Duties
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of water treatment (water softeners, Water filters, Reverse Osmosis equipment) on-site at customer locations.
- Interpret technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Install new systems or components following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical, and mechanical systems using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operations.
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on water treatment equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read technical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of water treatment equipment is essential.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with leadership qualities to guide team members when needed.
- Plumbing related technical background is a plus for understanding complex installations or system upgrades.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally for service appointments. Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
