Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Experience working with pediatric populations—Pre K through Grade 12
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Ability to tailor therapy and intervention strategies to diverse student needs
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other professionals
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across grade levels
- Develop personalized treatment plans for students from early childhood through high school
- Provide direct therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting methods for each developmental stage
- Document student progress, manage case files, and track data for program effectiveness
- Participate in IEP team meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Deliver training and communication strategies to staff and families
