Per Trip Pay - Average Weekly Pay $1,500.00 Plus Per Driver for New Drivers
$5,000.00 Sign on Bonus Per Driver Pay out over 90 Days
Out 4 to 5 Days Home 2 to 3 Days -Run CA, OR, WA and back

Drop and Pick Pay $50.00/ Driver after first

Turner Trucking Company in Boiling Springs, NC, is a small family owned business. We know all our drivers by name, not by a number. We provide our customers with express freight service to primarily California, Washington, and Oregon. We then bring fresh produce back to the Carolinas.
Job Requirements:
23 years old.
1 year over the road experience.
Acceptable Driving record and work record.
No More than 2 preventable accidents in the last three years.
No major moving violations.
Wage Range: 1200.00 - 1600.00 per week
General Description of Benefits: Pay is per trip. Team drivers make one trip per week - so it is like weekly pay. Normal trip is 4-5 days and then home 2-3 days per week. Base pay plus per diem pay, plus drop and pick up pay ($50 per drop/ pick up after the first drop and pick up - per driver - not split) plus seniority pay.
401 K Savings plan. Health Insurance. Quarterly Safety Bonuses ($300). Driver appreciation bonus each year.
Annual Bonus on the anniversary of your starting date. HOME TIME EACH WEEK!
