American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring travel experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
-
Day shift schedule, 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
-
13-week assignment length
-
Any charting system experience preferred
-
Active TX or compact RN license currently in hand
-
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
-
CPI, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred

Previous travel nursing experience required

Must complete required lab work within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place for completion

Provide emergency nursing care across a variety of patient presentations
-
Facility conducts its own mandatory drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana testing, and a positive result results in automatic cancellation
-
Candidates should avoid any products, including CBD, that could result in a positive drug screen
-
Must reside outside a 110-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted

First day of assignment requires reporting to a separate location before starting at the facility
