We are seeking a dedicated Blacktop Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with asphalt paving projects . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years minimum of experience with a focus on asphalt paving. This position offers an opportunity to work on asphalt projects such as residential & commercial.
Duties
- Assist with asphalt paving, grading, and site preparation
- Operate hand equipment such as rakes, shovels, tampers, compactors and rollers
Skills
- 3 years minimum experience with raking and shoveling.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting heavy materials
- Prior paving experience is required.
This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Candidates with relevant asphalt experience are highly encouraged to apply for this position.
