Barista
Position Overview
In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for possessing an in depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree of efficiency.
Key aspects of the position:
● Create a positive guest experience by creating a high level of service.
● Consistently complete all assigned tasks for a given shift with excellence and attention to
detail and pride in the result of the work.
● Seek to develop in-depth knowledge of all food safety and handling procedures and
ensure that actions comply with all codes, procedures and standards.
● Fosters a working environment consistent with Just Love’s core values and principles.

● Running successful shifts including hitting the targeted ticket times.
● Knowledge of all menu items
● Generate sales growth by consistently delivering a positive guest experience and
executing local restaurant marketing and catering initiatives.

Just Love Coffee Cafe is the specialty coffee cafe that goes the extra mile to serve our customers food and coffee that is of the highest quality. Our customers are the reason we are here and we want them to know they are welcome and part of the family
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
