What You’ll Do (The Exciting Stuff):
● Diagnose and repair industrial machinery, from Electric motors to complete machines, like you’re solving a mechanical mystery novel.
● Perform maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and tackle repairs with the finesse of a tech ninja.
● Team up with our dynamic crew to keep production lines buzzing and our clients grinning.
● Keep your work area tidier than a factory floor on inspection day (or close enough).
● Bring some humor to the shop – we love a technician who can fix a machine and land a punchline!
What You Bring to the Shop Floor:
● 1-3 years of experience as an industrial service technician (newbies with grit and passion welcome to apply!).
● Skills in electrical and mechanical systems – you know your way around heavy equipment like it’s your backyard.
● Enjoys donuts. Big bonus points!
● Ability to lift 50 lbs (more than likely won’t have to, we have tons of lifting tools).
● A knack for creative problem-solving and a smile that says, “No machine can outsmart me!”

In June the business transitioned to new ownership under the name, Rockford Electric Motor, LLC. Under the ownership of Troy Edler and Andy Rye, the business has continued to provide quality motor repair services to the Rockford area. Troy and Andy bring over 50 years of electric apparatus sales and service experience.
