What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an automotive manufacturing and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.

Monitor entry and exit activity involving employees, visitors, and deliveries, following post orders for credential checks, visitor processing, and vehicle-related observation.

Support site operations by preparing reports, maintaining logs, and reporting policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or operational disruptions in accordance with site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
