Registered Nurse (RN) – Advanced Care Center (Urgent Care/Observation Unit)
Up to $2,200/week | 40 Hours/Week
Join an Advanced Care Center (ACC) that provides a higher level of care than traditional urgent care. This role offers the opportunity to care for higher-acuity patients requiring ongoing assessment, treatment, and overnight observation in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Advanced Care Center.
- Monitor patients throughout observation stays and respond to changes in condition.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer prescribed treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred (ER, Urgent Care, Observation Unit).
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred if applicable).
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
