Job Description
The role is responsible for performing all aspects of digital project delivery, including supporting digital project management strategies, facilitating collaboration, and advancing digital delivery initiatives across activities, pursuits, and projects. This position will support a diverse portfolio of project types and clients while applying BIM, digital delivery, and project coordination expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform design coordination using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and collaborate on critical digital delivery initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of digital delivery standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
- Perform Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) activities for design-build projects.
- Execute digital delivery tasks while following QA/QC standards to ensure compliance with digital delivery scopes of work, project schedules, and budgets.
- Identify model clashes through clash detection processes and follow established reporting and resolution procedures.
- Manage project setup activities, including model file setup, digital project configuration, project access, cloud services, digital procurement, and miscellaneous project support tasks.
- Apply AI literacy and develop AI-based solutions to improve repetitive processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver digital model presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
- Execute updates and changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research, collect, and compile project-related data while performing metadata audits.
- Provide digital delivery content and support throughout the complete project lifecycle.
- Develop project budget estimates related to digital delivery scope and requirements.
- Define and recommend digital delivery methods, procedures, technologies, and tools in collaboration with project teams.
- Develop, coordinate, and integrate digital delivery schedules while ensuring project compliance.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Virtual Design and Construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program, with 4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
- OR Associate degree with 6 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams.
- OR 8 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software programs and digital technologies.
- Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery solutions into EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software, standards, workflows, and project deliverables.
- Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with proven facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
