Job Summary
Complete Quality is seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Candidate will be responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift with a push-pull attachment to load, unload, transport, and store products using slip sheets. The ideal candidate will have previous slip sheet experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Approx. $19.50 Hourly | Paid weekly via 1099.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
- 1st shift, 10AM to 6AM
Testing 7/13 at 7AM
Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift with a push-pull attachment.
- Load and unload trailers using slip sheet equipment.
- Move and stage products throughout the warehouse.
- Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damages.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience.
- Computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
- Inventory control experience.
- Computer skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods.
Pay: $19.50 per hour
