Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to start work at 6:30 am.
Will be required to have:
- Licensed Driver
- Drug Tested
- Clean Driving Record
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks as a service technician or driller helper.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical, electrical, welding, basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team or independently.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
