Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Paralegal in Philadelphia, PA area!
Responsibilities:
- Report to trial attorney

Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions

Discovery Deadline
-
Discovery Production
-
Extensive contact with clients and physician offices
-
Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation
-
Review and Analyze case files
-
Analyze and assemble clients’ medical records
-
Research and resolve governmental tax liens
-
Correspond with defense counsel as needed
-
Analyze wage loss portion of clients’ claims
-
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
-
4-5 years’ experience with catastrophic injury civil litigation matters.

Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrate compassion and understanding to our clients

Must be a self-starter.

The ability to work independently.

Strong computer skills.

Must be a team player.
-
Case management software experience is also a plus.
