Job Title: Project Manager – Mobile Home Setup
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable Project Manager to help manage mobile home setup projects from start to finish. This role involves working with customers, drivers, and contractors to make sure each job runs smoothly and on time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage mobile home setup projects
- Talk with customers about their needs and keep them updated
- Schedule deliveries with drivers and make sure homes are delivered on time
- Work with contractors to hook up water, sewer/septic, and electricity
- Make sure job sites are ready before the home is delivered
- Handle permits, inspections, and paperwork
- Solve problems quickly if anything goes wrong
- Keep track of timelines and make sure the work meets quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with mobile homes, construction, or project management
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working with customers, drivers, and contractors
- Basic understanding of utility hookups and job site prep
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,195.00 - $96,788.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
