Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers — Walmart & Commissary Routes
OnPoint is a veteran-founded logistics technology company supporting secure, reliable grocery delivery for local families and military communities. We are launching delivery opportunities from local Walmart stores while continuing commissary delivery support at nearby military installations.
We are onboarding independent contractor delivery drivers for app-based grocery delivery opportunities on and off base. Orders are picked up from retail locations that have already packed and staged the items for delivery. Contractors use a mobile delivery app for navigation, delivery status updates, and proof of delivery.
Route opportunities
Off-base delivery opportunities are available immediately. Additional commissary delivery opportunities are available for contractors with current credentialed access to nearby military installations.
Applicants with current credentialed access to the military base will receive priority review. Applicants without current installation access may still apply, but onboarding is subject to eligibility, sponsorship availability, and approval by the applicable installation access authority. Access requirements may include REAL ID-compliant identification or another acceptable form of ID, background screening, and any other standards required by the installation.
Basic requirements include:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone with data service
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags a reasonable distance
- Ability to complete deliveries safely, professionally, and accurately
Compensation: $1.00 per paid mile, with a $5.00 minimum per completed delivery, plus 100% of customer tips.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
