Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
- Patient, reliable, and caring with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and supervision in the home and community.
- Encourage independence and social interaction.
- Assist with recreational activities, community outings, and shopping.
- Support the client in achieving daily goals while ensuring safety and well-being.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with the client and family.
