We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM professional to support and enhance Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards across multiple projects. This role works closely with project managers and design teams to ensure high-quality, well-coordinated models that align with both internal and client standards. The ideal candidate enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and staying current with evolving BIM tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain consistent BIM standards across all assigned projects, including integration of client-specific requirements
- Partner with project managers and design teams to develop, maintain, and present high-quality federated BIM models
- Troubleshoot model coordination and interoperability issues, providing modeling support as needed
- Create, implement, and support BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for projects
- Learn new BIM tools and technologies quickly and share knowledge with project teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, accurate, and consistent project models
- Participate in occasional site visits or client meetings as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Preferred experience with Autodesk Plant 3D and Revit
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination, model management, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
