Proven experience in the direct support role, familiarity with group home or supportive living environments and strong skills in observation and care is a plus for the individual we hire.

Shifts available:
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home or supportive living setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Observe and monitor patients for any changes in behavior or health status.
- Ensure proper patient care and medication administration. Collaborate with social work professionals to enhance the well-being of individuals.
