THE POSITION:
Responsibilities
- Customer lead generation
- Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close each organic lead
- Coordinate with technician for same-day installation
- Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of to the highest quality of service
- Increase sales skills and experience through attending team meetings and training led by leaders with a proven track record
Qualifications
- Must be able to commute to North Raleigh, or willing to relocate
- Experience with phone sales, B2C, and a one-time close a plus
- High sense of business ethics
- Ability to clearly communicate and articulate in face-to-face customer interaction
- Resilience, able to take feedback in stride
- Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization
- Strong work ethic
COMPENSATION
- Uncapped commissions: average salary $4K - $10K+/month
- Incentive based Company Vacations
- Production and growth bonuses
