Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently using our booking and scheduling systems
- Manage phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls professionally
- Assist clients with check-in/check-out procedures, including processing payments and updating records
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all spa materials are well-stocked and presentable
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing appointment calendars
- Laundry and light housekeeping
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations or office management within a customer service environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as typing quickly, data entry, filing, and proofreading accurately
- Experience with administrative tools like calendar management software and personal assistant functions is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to provide friendly customer support while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
