Hilltop Grand Village we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Resident Aid to join our team in providing exceptional support and care to residents in a variety of long-term care settings. Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health status
- Administer medications following prescribed protocols and document all medication administration accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping duties and adherence to infection control standards
- Experience
- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and medication tracking
- Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated
- Proven ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively while providing compassionate support
- Strong communication skills combined with a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
