THAT Corporation, a leader in boutique analog semiconductor manufacturing, has an opening for an experienced Wafer Fab Operator in our Santa Clara, CA fab location.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Fab Operator is responsible for running a specific area of the fab, as well as working in other areas of the fab as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
General Fab Work:
Follow documented procedures when operating fab equipment.
Use knowledge and skills when operating equipment and performing inspections.
Fab Operations:
Monitor quality of wafers, as directed by the fab manager and engineering.
Advise maintenance, the fab manager, and engineering, as appropriate regarding the condition of equipment and wafers within the fab.
Assist fab manager and engineering in training other operators on all aspects of processing in the fab.
Provide a good example for productive work habits for other operators; offer assistance when other operators need help or guidance.
Assist fab manager and engineering in creating, modifying, and disseminating process control documentation.
Provide backup to maintenance by alerting fab manager if we run low on inventory and supply items, such as process chemicals, clean room supplies, etc.
Other duties as needed assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- 3+ years of working with similar types of wafer fab equipment
- 3+ years of experience as a photo align operator preferred
- Very strong fab equipment knowledge and related experience
- Ability to lift, push and pull greater than 40 lbs on a regular basis
- MS Office applications
