The role of Service Advisor is perhaps the most critical job title in our department. The skill set needed for the successful performance of this job is as follows:
*Experience in a dealership as a service department advisor (Required!)
* Outstanding Communication Skills
* Highly Developed Multi-Tasking Skills
* Highly Developed Organizational Skills
* Successful, Documentable Sales and Customer Service Experience
* The Ability to communicate the finer/technical aspects of the automotive service repair and maintenance process to our customers
*Acclimate to our business model.
