Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities outlined below include but are not limited to the following: Other duties may be assigned as needed and/or required.
· Report directly to the Production Control Manager.
· Work within the guidelines of the facilities current Business Management System.
- Must wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times where required.
· Assist in the preparation of work orders to be released to production including but not limited to the inclusion of the SPS packets, data collection sheets and production identification tags.
· Review completed work orders for accuracy pay close attention to complete shipments, NCMR’s, routing sign offs and making appropriate corrections where required and files appropriately.
· Completes inventory adjustments.
· Update schedule board daily as needed.
· File completed stock orders appropriately.
· Issue Remold work orders as required enclosing all required documentation.
· Review work in process report for accuracy as needed.
· Assist preparing priority lists internally and for outside vendors
· Receiving/Outsourcing duties:
o Single Point of Contact for ALL Outsource Receiving
o Responsible for creating and Distributing all Outsource Purchase Orders (PO’s)
o Reconcile incoming paperwork to PO’s & Work Orders (WO’s) to process to next operation
o Revise and update outsource pricing as needed in current ERP system
o Monitor and Advise Outsource Lead Times in ERP system
o Coordinate local deliveries to/from outsource vendors
· Inventory/Production duties:
o Production/Sales Revenue Reporting expert
o Printing Work Orders and issuing to the tool room
o Responsible for Continuous Inventory Cycle Counts
o Monitor & Correcting daily Negative inventory
o Scrap Entering & Reporting for inventory purposes.
o Review/File closed work orders/Lots
